Our roots run deep on Kauai where our owner, Ian Vidinha, was born and raised. Ian grew up cooking and learning the ways of his native Hawaiian and Portugeuse roots on the west side of Kauai. There he learned that food and culture have a deep connection with the land, a.k.a. 'aina. We strive to create that connection in everything we do. At 'Aina we put our heart into the food we make and the connections with our customers. The feel good food and culture that is traditional in island life defines what we are about. Our hope is that you feel the love when you eat at 'Aina and you feel that connection with our land, food and people. Aloha and Mahalo...

Kalua Pig Plate $16: traditional shredded pork, lomi tomato sample, rice & potato mac salad
